SMDC unveils 2 projects in MOA Complex
SM Development Corporation (SMDC), in celebration of its 10th anniversary, launched the S Residences, a boutique hotel-inspired development and Shore 3, the completion to the largest in-city residential resort complex that is Shore Residences.
Located at the Mall of Asia Complex, the developments are set to elevate the standard of urban living in the newest investment hub and business district in the metro.

S Residences, located in the middle of the MOA Complex and the Entertainment City, boasts of impressive Japanese-inspired boutique hotel designed lobbies and luxurious amenities that are for ideal for stylish individuals.
The modern three-tower development is set to be completed on August 2020.
Meanwhile, the nine-hectare Shore Residences takes inspiration from the best of waterfront living – the beach island, the riverfront and a wharf lifestyle.

Shore 3, in particular, features a premiere wharf-inspired amenity area complete with swimming pools, function rooms, lounge areas, outdoor gym circuit and lush gardens. It also has a commercial strip for the convenience of residents.
The four-tower Shore 3 project is set to be completed on January 2020.
“With the success of our previous resort-inspired residential developments in the MOA Complex, we find that this is the perfect time to launch the modern and sleek S Residences, and Shore 3 – the project that will complete the largest of our residential developments in Metro Manila,” SMDC EVP Jose Mari Banzon said.
